Summer Festival 2026: A Playful End to a Great School Year!

Glitter tattoos, face painting, cake, can toss, a raffle, and iced slushies in the sun. At the end of every school year, our outdoor grounds transform into the setting for a summer festival for Elementary and Grammar School that delights more than just the JVC learning partners! While the colorful hustle and bustle was in full swing outside, there were also several attractions waiting inside the learning house. After all, the festival was the perfect opportunity to showcase some of the results o...

Graduations and New Beginnings 2026

The past few weeks have once again reminded us just how quickly time flies. There were many graduations to celebrate: first the Abitur, then the Mittlere Reife, then the end of Elementary School for our grade 4 children, and the end of Kindergarten for our preschool Pearl children. Our learning partners are moving toward their bright futures. We celebrated not only these successful graduations but also the exciting new beginnings that lie ahead for each and every one of our learners. These trans...

JVC Featured on TV Show!

We were excited that Jules Verne Campus was selected for inclusion in an episode of the international TV show called Business Atlas, a series highlighting innovative organizations shaping the future through education, creativity, technology, and social impact. As part of the feature, leadership team members Tim Baggott, Andrew Hill, and Kerrie Elston‑Güttler spent a lively, fun morning at a TV studio in Munich with a friendly crew, taking part in interviews about what makes JVC truly s...

Launch of Journey Films Narrated by JVC Children

We are proud to present three new Journey Films—one each for Kindergarten, Elementary School, and Gymnasium –that explain our concept to prospective parents and are designed to inspire! The films were lovingly re-edited from scenes filmed by Justine Simonson and Marcus Lehmann of Co Lab Productions for our anniversary celebration film in 2024, but adding an extra layer of magic, detail, and narration to each story.
This autumn, our Campus transformed into a lively audio studio, with a st...

Sailing Adventure to France

Our Mars and Earth learning partners had an unforgettable week on the high seas! The trip was organized by our French learning guide, Mme Masquelier: starting in Munich, the excited learning partners travelled via Paris to Lorient, where they were warmly welcomed by the crew. Together, the learning partners sailed through breathtaking landscapes, encountered dolphins in the glowing plankton and mastered stormy seas in the English Channel. After a long night with some seasickness, the sea calmed ...

Positive Feedback about Jules Verne Campus

Since April 2025, published ratings are no longer included on the google profiles for schools. If you’d like to read them, please check out our new "Testimonials" section under Read more

Great Gold Expedition – Duke of Edinburgh Award

In September, our dedicated learning partners from the Sun learning group embarked on a four-day hiking adventure through the Palatinate Forest —organized completely independently!

They pitched tents at remote trekking sites, built campfires under the stars, spotted wildlife, and collected litter to protect nature. But what truly stood out was their exceptional teamwork: They navigated trails together, shared responsibilities, supported each other through challenges, and made...

Annual Theme at Jules Verne Campus 2025-2026: Stay Playful, Be Curious!

One of the poems that has inspired me most in life is Robert Frost’s The Road Not Taken. We’re all familiar with the idea of like as a path or journey: “two roads diverged in a wood, and I, I took the one less traveled by, and that has made all the difference.” All the more fascinated I was to read the neurobiologist Gerald Hüther describe the brain as paths and roads in the Biology of Fear (Biologie der Angst). The neural pathways that arise when dealing with stimuli and ...

JVC Reunited: A Special Farewell and New Beginning

After almost a year at our temporary location at the Bildungcampus Riem—due to water damage in our building—we celebrated our return with a festive farewell ceremony. Thanks to the tremendous efforts of our team, the Grammar School learning partners, and a moving company, we were able to move back into our freshly renovated rooms on Bayerwaldstraße. A big thank you goes to the Heads of Gymnasium and Realschule in Riem, who welcomed us so warmly during our stay. We are overjoyed that our Kin...

Woodland Creative Writing Contest

Our elementary school learning partners let their imaginations run wild in our very first creative writing competition on the theme “Woodland”! Inspired by our fairytale tree library in the Elementary School learning studio and armed with just a few exciting character ideas, the children bravely put pen to paper.

The best three stories from each grade were selected by our learning guides and read aloud at the assembly. Afterwards, all the children were allowed to vote themselv...
